As the Exchange's National Agent in New Zealand, James Hobcraft is a busy and hard working member of the NZ team with over seven years experience in trade exchanges. James is familiar with other competition trade exchanges and their many advantages and disadvantages.
James is working hard to gain new members in New Zealand who are offering great deals with either 50% or 100% trade components.
With a wealth of business and trade experience it is James’ intention to develop a very balanced, fair and prosperous branch
of the international trade exchange. With a passion for doing things once and doing them right it is James’ desire to fill the
gap for high quality services and products available in the NZ trade dollar market place.
Appointed to support the large Chinese membership sector, Michelle (Li Wei) (michelle.w@nz.empireXchange.com) has been living in New Zealand for the past four years. Michelle has worked hard on her knowledge of our language and culture making her the ideal person to assist the Chinese members with communication and understanding when trading with Kiwi business members, and in turn helping us all work and grow together.
As the front of house team member, Dorothy (dorothy.f@nz.empireXchange.com) has over five years of customer service experience. Dorothy’s attention to detail and expedient results will ensure that all of member enquiries regardless of detail will be handled professionally and with superb results. Dorothy will be the first point of contact for Empire Trade members in New Zealand.
James is motivated to get the Exchange established to its full potential in NZ as soon as possible and as a team he, Michelle and Dorothy have made rapid progress over the past two months.
The new head office is based in Christchurch and will be open from August the 1st, 2007.
